My Miami Musts

I lived in Miami for 7 years and built a solid list of go-to spots. From dreamy hotels to unforgettable meals, I’ve tried it all—and I promise, these recs won’t disappoint.

Accommodation

I’ve spent countless nights at The Setai, and for a long time, it was my favorite hotel in Miami. The red roses, Ocean Bar & Grill, and upscale amenities always made it feel like the perfect getaway.

But recently, Faena stole my heart. The bold red décor, luxe amenities, and that iconic The Living Room? Obsessed. Not to mention the spa, easily one of my favorites in the city.

If you’re looking for something more serene, quiet and sophisticated, Four Seasons Surfside is absolutely stunning. It’s more low-key, but the food is incredible and the entire vibe is effortlessly elegant.

EAST Miami I also really like it here. The location is unbeatable. You’re right in the heart of it all, and you can take the same elevator straight down to Brickell City Centre for shopping, dining, and more. Super convenient.

Eats

Casa Tua Cucina My most visited restaurant in Miami is without a doubt at Brickell City Centre. This place is an absolute staple for me. They truly can do no wrong. Whether you're in the mood for sushi, pasta, salads, fish, or steak, they’ve got something for everyone. I always sit at the bar (pro tip: it's the best spot), and my usual lineup includes: Cacio e Pepe, tuna hand roll, Greek salad, minestrone soup, oysters, the healthy salmon, and of course a berry martini. It’s my comfort zone, my happy place, and my forever favorite.

LPM is easily one of my all-time favorite spots to dine in Miami. If you like escargots, this is the place—they’re done perfectly. Honestly, everything on the menu is great And the Tomatini? The sweetness of ripe tomatoes with vodka, white balsamic vinegar, and a hint of black pepper. Divine. It’s not for everyone, but I love them.

Foila is a gem for Italian cuisine. The pastas are rich, fresh, and consistently delicious. The same owners run a steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale called Daniel’s, and it’s 100% worth the drive.

Forte dei Marmi Incredible Italian food in a romantic setting. Don’t leave without trying the pistachio ice cream.

COTE I love Korean BBQ, and this simply the best in Miami. The quality of the meat is top tier. And don’t skip dessert: the vanilla ice cream with miso caramel swirl is unexpectedly amazing.

Mandolin Aegean Bistro If you’re craving Greek cuisine and want to feel like you’ve been transported to a little island in the Aegean, here is your cure. The food is fresh and flavorful, served in a Mykonos-style garden setting. Definitely book a reservation. They’re always busy, and for good reason.

Michael's Genuine I always stop here if i’m in Design District.

Carbone Miami

If you're looking for sushi in Miami, Uchi and Hiden are at the top of my list. Uchi is phenomenal. It never disappoints. Hidden, on the other hand, is literally a hidden gem. It’s a speakeasy-style omakase spot tucked behind a taco stand (which, by the way, serves way better tacos than Coyo Taco!). With only 8 seats, it’s an intimate, upscale experience featuring an elevated omakase menu. I’ve done it five times and loved every single one.

Night On The Town

Sugar rooftop at EAST Miami is the perfect spot to grab drinks in Brickell—with stunning panoramic view of the city.

Lagniappe is one of my favorite wine bars in Miami—casual, charming, and always a good time. You pick your own bottle from their well-stocked selection, then head to the fridge to grab assorted cheeses and cured meats to build your own charcuterie board. It’s my go-to spot with my sister we always have the best time here. My recent wine pick: a bottle of Château La Mascaronne.

Shopping

For luxury shopping, I love Bal Harbour Shops and the Miami Design District—you really can’t go wrong with either. In Bal Harbour if you’re feeling hungry check out Makoto for Japanese or Carpaccio for Italian. Miami Design has so many great dining options. One of my all time favorite places to get a coffee is Tablé and the pastries are so beautiful.

Brickell City Centre is a solid option too. Easy to access, with a nice mix of boutiques and big-name brands.

Self-Care… If You Love Yourself

Being a model, having good skin comes with the job. I wholeheartedly recommend booking a facial with Angelika if you're in Miami. Her name is so fitting because she truly has angel hands. She single handedly cleared my back acne (seriously).

Angelika goes deep with extractions. It’s intense but completely worth it. On top of that, she’s the sweetest. Every time I leave her studio, I feel like I can accomplish anything. It’s basically a mini therapy session and skin transformation all in one.

Tell her I sent you. Your skin will thank you! Reach out to her here

Miami: My Forever Go-To

Miami will always feel like home to me. After seven years of living here and still spending so much time in the city, I consider it home. I’ve built a curated list of spots I keep coming back to. These are the places I always recommend when friends ask where to stay, eat, or explore. Whether you’re visiting for the weekend or planning a longer stay, I hope this list helps you experience the best of what the city has to offer. If you try any of these spots or discover new favorites, let me know. I’m always happy for another reason to be back.

I hope you love my city as much as I do. xoxo
